Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened sealed items. This industry-standard policy helps maintain product integrity and authenticity.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only before your item ships.

Cancellation Fee: A 6% processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover non-refundable payment processing costs from the original transaction. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
